Ecive Scan

Inflicted on enemies in front when using Ecive (Suspicion & Insight). Attacks on enemies with Ecive Scan deal additional damage; when such an enemy dies, Ecive Scan spreads to nearby enemies. Enemies at the crosshair always receive it; on Colossi, a weak point near the crosshair receives it.

Breach Shard

Fired in a barrage by Breach Projection. Hitting an enemy with Ecive Scan triggers an additional effect; while Gaze of the Abyss is active, it also increases the duration of Gaze of the Abyss.

Arche Breach

Created by Breach Link at a designated location; debuffs nearby enemies (intensifies over time and further weakens Adaptive Defense). Retrieved by reusing Breach Link; detonated by Gravitic Reversal.

Anti-Gravity Field

Spawned on the ground by Breach Link. Disappears when the Arche Breach is retrieved, dealing Explosion Damage around it and refunding a portion of the Cooldown.

Tow

Inflicted by Gravitic Reversal on enemies near the Arche Breach.

Gaze of the Abyss

Granted by the skill of the same name: all of Nell's Firearm Attacks target Weak Points, and Weak Point Damage of Nell and nearby allies increases.

Suspicion stacks

Only with the Transcendent module Shattered Heart: built up with Breach Spikes, then enhanced Breach Spikes are fired.

Encrypted Vault

Suspicion & Insight increases decryption efficiency and the reward amount on successful decryption.

Ultimate Nell

There is no Ultimate Nell in the official library or in the Open API descendant data (checked 01.10.2026; Nell's descendant group contains only Nell).

Story

"Was I really part of their family?
Wasn't I just another Hathaway making a 'rational' choice?"

Nell Hathaway was already irreplaceable as a capable Executive Officer of Albion Headquarters and an Operations Controller who oversaw most of the Operations she planned herself. The staff cadets envied her, and her strategic judgment was considered to have surpassed Alpha's.

Her family had "rationally" forced her out to join the academy so they would have one less mouth to feed; when contact with them was lost after they moved to Axion, she felt nothing. She came to see Alpha, the Descendants and the soldiers of Albion as her family – her Operations prioritized survival over success, and many trusted and followed her because of it.

That belief turned to doubt when she had to decide which "family members" would live and which would die: leaving ten to save a hundred, sacrificing fifty to save a thousand. She began to fear she was just another Hathaway making "rational" choices, and the screams of soldiers lost in Operations took away even her prescribed hours of sleep.

When those doubts led to her worst accident, Nell finally faced her true self. Her doubts became an abyss that reached to the ends of her mind and yielded her Arche. She resolved to embrace that part of herself – believing that faith in victory can come from the doubts of defeat – and vowed to believe in her doubts and use them to her advantage.

Exclusive Equipment / Ability: Exclusive Arche, Breach Entropy Control

The Vulgus and humanity share two concepts: dimension – the boundaries dividing the Void, Ingris and other worlds, passed on to humanity through the Magisters – and Breach, damage done to the Dimensional Wall.

They differ in how they use it: the Vulgus artificially create Breaches to tear down the Dimensional Wall, while humanity replaces the broken Dimensional Wall with Arche and uses the replaced Breach entropy as a weapon against the enemy. Nell is still the only human who can use it that way.
